Jean Ricar Casseus was born in Gonaïves, Haiti, and is the second of six children. From an early age, he demonstrated strong faith, responsibility, and a deep commitment to serving God.

He is married to Guerdrose Casseus, and together they are blessed with three wonderful children.

Raised in the Christian faith, Jean Ricar faithfully served in various ministry roles, including musician, sound engineer, and ministry leader.

After moving to the United States, he continued serving as a worship leader, preacher, musician,and administrator. Today, as the founder of Nissi Dominion Church, he is dedicated to advancing God's Kingdom, strengthening families, and inspiring others to live a life of faith and purpose.
